A download did not start, or the file will not play

Open the clip's page on supareels.com and use the Download button there; on iPhone the file goes to the Files app. Every clip is a standard H.264 or HEVC mp4. If it still fails, email us the clip's page address.

Can I use the clips in client work?

Yes. Every clip is free for commercial and personal use, with no signup and no watermark. You cannot resell or redistribute the raw clips on their own.

The Supareels app in ChatGPT

Ask ChatGPT for the footage you need with the Supareels app switched on, and it shows matching clips as thumbnails. Each button opens the clip's page on supareels.com, where it downloads free. The app needs no account and stores nothing about your requests.

A clip looks wrong

Use the "Does this clip hold up?" button under the player and pick a reason. Flagged clips are reviewed by hand and removed if they fail.
